Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.
Package Your Frames
Place your eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to prevent damage during transit, then securely seal the shipping box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
